Return Policy
ELegalPlans.com promises the following to all of our Consumers and Members:
• To offer a quality prepaid legal plan in Florida ONLY.
• To assist each and every consumer seeking to purchase a prepaid legal plan by explaining the plan in detail and enrolling them in a prompt manner.
• To issue a pro-rated, less a $10.00 cancellation fee, refund ONLY if requested.
Provided that your prepaid legal plan benefits have not been used, a full refund, less a $10.00 cancellation fee, will be issued, ONLY if the date you contact the Consumer and Member Services Department is:
• Before your activation date
• On your activation date
• Within 3 business days from date of purchase.
Applies to Automatic Renewals Only:
Provided that your prepaid legal plan benefits have not been used, a full refund will be issued within the first 60 days of the automatic renewal. After 60 days, membership is subject to the cancellation policy detailed above.
