The Silver eLegalPlan, Gold eLegalPlan and the Platinum eLegalPlan ("eLegalPlans.com") are discount legal plans that provide members with FREE and discounted legal representation for all types of legal issues including identity theft, divorce, traffic tickets, real estate/buiyng and selling a home, wills, probate, bankruptcy, DUI, immigration, credit report issues, child custody and support, criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury, landlord-tenant disputes, domestic violence and many more. eLegalPlans.com provides these services to its members and their families for the affordable price of $99.99 per year.
The legal benefit is provided by a nationwide discount legal referral service. Plan attorneys will either charge $125.00 per hour, or when appropriate, give members a 40% discount off their usual and customary hourly rate. Members are referred to plan attorneys based on location, language and area of law. Product is available in all 50 states. This is not an insurance program. Attorneys in the network have an average of 19.4 years of experience. Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.
