Will my legal plan cover old legal issues? | Back to Top

Yes. All legal issues are covered - there is no problem with pre-exsisting legal troubles and there are no waiting periods unlike other legal expense insurance companies.

What happens when I enroll? | Back to Top

You will receive your membership package through the mail in approximately three weeks. You are covered immediately and can call and speak to an attorney at any time.

How do I receive my free will? | Back to Top

We can prepare them by phone or at our home office. The documents will be mailed to you for execution; Living Wills and Power of Attorney are also available.

What if I misplace my membership card? | Back to Top

Contact our offices and request a replacement; one will mailed to your home.

Does my plan cover my live-in girlfriend, partner, etc? | Back to Top

Yes - all members of your family living with you and live-in companions are covered.

What if I need formal representation in court? | Back to Top

You will be referred to one of our over 200 network attorneys. He/she will represent you in court at a predetermined reduced fee.
