Using your eLegalPlan is easy - just contact our Customer Care Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our TOLL FREE number and we will put you in touch with one of our Attorneys depending on the type of legal issue you have.
What is the discount for document reviews? | Back to Top
Your first 6 documents/letters are free for reviews. After that; it varies per attorney but, it should be between 40%-60% off regular rate.

If you have a legal issue in the USA please sign up for the plan you wish to purchase online. If you have a place where we can mail the fulfillment package to in the USA we will. If not, we will have it mailed to you in whatever country you reside, please be advised that it could take longer to receive the package but you can start using the plan within 72 hours.

Please email us your attorney's name and city, we will contact you asap to let you know. If he/she is NOT on our network we can provide one to you.

Your membership entitles you to numerous FREE legal services including FREE phone and face-to-face initial consultations on all new legal matters. In many cases, you will get all of the answers you need during that free consultation. For other more serious issues, your eLegalPlan Attorney will work at a discounted rate which will save you even more.

Yes. All pre-existing legal issues are covered. Our plans are not insurance, so it is simple and easy to use. There are no forms to fill out or exclusions of any kind.
What happens when I enroll? | Back to Top
Your Membership Kit and Member ID cards will be mailed to you, however you may use your membership within 72 hours.
How do I receive my FREE Simple Will and/or Living Will? | Back to Top
All eLegalPlans.com members are entitled to a Free Simple Will as well as a Free Living Will (Advanced Healthcare Directive). In order to receive these, you simply contact our Toll Free number and one of our Customer Care specialists will put you in touch with a Plan Attorney who will work with you to prepare these important documents.
What if I misplace my membership card? | Back to Top
Contact our offices and request a replacement; one will mailed to your home.
What if I need formal representation in court? | Back to Top
Your eLegalPlan covers you whether you need representation in court for a Civil or Criminal procedure. Simply call our Toll Free phone number to be put in touch with an Attorney in your area who will provide you with the representation you need for a fraction of the cost.
If I am unsatisfied with my network attorney, can I request another one? | Back to Top
Yes. If you are unhappy with the Attorney assigned to you, simply contact our Client Care Team to request a different Lawyer. You have UNLIMITED access to our entire network of over 20,000 attorneys and we guarantee your satisfaction.
What if I want to cancel my membership? | Back to Top
Yes - you can cancel your membership at any time. If you are not happy for any reason, you can cancel in the first 30 days and receive a full refund (excluding the $4.95 enrollment fee).

All Family memberships include coverage for a spouse and all legal dependents.

Every time a legal question comes up, regardless of how small, pick up the phone and speak immediately to one our network Lawyers. Most legal questions can be answered quickly over the phone. Get all of your questions answered and know your rights at all times.

Your eLegalPlan membership entitles you to Free Legal Document Review (up to six pages). Never sign a contract again without an Attorney reviewing it for you first.
Having a dispute with someone? Someone taking advantage of you? | Back to Top
A letter from your Attorney can be a very effective tool when you are facing a dispute with someone. Simply asserting your rights via a phone call or letter from your Lawyer can make many problems dissapear. Your membership entitles you to UNLIMITED letters and calls on your behalf.
